The unit delivers a total heat output of 62,000 BTU/hr, powered by two high-performance burners, each rated at 31,000 BTU/hr, ensuring fast and consistent heat distribution. Built from heavy-duty stainless steel, including the body, top, undershelf, and legs, it offers excellent durability, hygiene, and ease of cleaning.
A 7-inch deep cutting board is included for convenient food preparation during service. This steam table is designed strictly for holding cooked food at serving temperature and is not intended for reheating. Installation is simple with a 1/2" NPT rear gas connection.
