The CAEL Gas Convection Oven features two porcelain-enameled oven chambers, each equipped with four adjustable wire racks and 11-position rack slides for flexible cooking configurations. The oven offers a wide temperature range from 167°F to 563°F, ensuring precise control for various baking and roasting needs. A 60-minute electric timer with audible bell and dual circulating fans provide even heat distribution and consistent cooking results.
For safe and efficient operation, the oven includes interior chamber lighting and dual-pane thermal glass doors, allowing food to be monitored without heat loss. An integrated door safety micro-switch ensures complete gas shut-off when the door is opened, while the automatic ignition system enhances operational safety and reliability.
