Capital Automotive Equipment ships orders across Canada and to the United States.

Processing Time

In-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time
• Canada: Usually 3–5 business days for in-stock items
• United States: Usually 3–7 business days for in-stock items

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier schedules, destination, weather conditions, and holidays.

Shipping Method & Delivery Policy

Orders are shipped via courier or freight carrier depending on the product size and weight.
• Parts and small packages are delivered directly to the customer’s door.
• For freight and heavy items, delivery is typically made to the nearest freight terminal for customer pickup.
• If the customer has proper unloading equipment (forklift, skid steer, loading dock, or sufficient manpower), door-to-door delivery can be arranged upon request. Additional charges may apply.

Insurance, Inspection & Damage Claims

All shipments are insured during transit.

Please inspect your shipment before accepting delivery or picking it up. If any damage is noticed:
• Take clear photos immediately
• Keep all packaging and evidence
• Report the issue before accepting or removing the shipment

Damage claims not reported at the time of delivery or pickup may not be accepted.
